Our services

We plan, design and coordinate events as described in the proposal you accept. Anything not listed in that proposal can be added in writing at any time.

Proposals and fees

Every booking starts with a written proposal. Fees are fixed once the proposal is signed, unless the guest count or scope changes.

Payments

A deposit of thirty percent secures your date. The balance is paid in two instalments, the last one six weeks before the event.

Changes and cancellations

You can move your date once without charge, subject to availability. Cancellations more than six months before the event keep the deposit only.

Suppliers

We recommend suppliers we trust, but contracts are made directly between you and each supplier unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

We take great care with every event. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the event in question.
