Who we are

Velvet Hour is an event planning and design studio based at 12 Rose Street, London. When this policy says we, us or our, it means Velvet Hour.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number and the details you share about your event. When you visit the site we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, plan your event and send documents you have asked for. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years to meet accounting rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@velvethour.co and we will reply within thirty days.
